Free Credit Report

All nationwide consumer-reporting agencies, such as Experian,  Trans Union and Equifax must provide a free disclosure of the consumer's file information once during a 12 month period. You must request the credit report. Contact them and ask for the free credit report. Credco   

Using web sites such as "Freecreditreports" is not the same thing. It is not free. Before getting the free credit report you will be asked for a credit card number. Then, they will charge the credit card each month, if you do not call within thirty days to cancel the "Credit monitoring service".

Carefully read the  boxes you agree to.
